Welcome to Gloss Studio, operated by Gloss STUDIO LLC. ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Gloss Studio app, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

1. App Overview

Gloss Studio is a photo and video editing application that offers basic editing features for free and additional premium features through a subscription model.

2. User Accounts and Registration

Users do not need to create an account to use Gloss Studio. We do not collect any information during registration.

3. Subscription and Payment

Gloss Studio is free to download. Premium features are available through a subscription model. Payment and subscription management, including cancellations and refunds, are handled by Apple. For refunds, users must contact Apple directly. To cancel a subscription, users must follow the procedures outlined by Apple.

4. User Content

Users retain ownership of the photos and videos they edit using Gloss Studio. We do not store or have access to any user content or data.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Gloss Studio to:

• Engage in illegal activities.

• Harass, threaten, or defame any person or entity.

• Upload or share content that infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights.

• Distribute viruses or any other harmful code.

• Collect or store personal information of others.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We do not store or collect user data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

7. Intellectual Property

Gloss Studio and all related materials (excluding user content), including but not limited to software, design, logos, and trademarks, are the intellectual property of Badlands Inc. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Gloss Studio is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GLOSS STUDIO LLC. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of Gloss Studio.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to Gloss Studio at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the app or us.
